Thanks to a recent post and some help from Blogger Mike at Simply a Night Owl I now know where to look at my blog stats. This now allows me to know how many people visit my blog each day, the most popular posts, and other various information. Here is what I found out:
Top 3 Referrer’s:
1) sansego.blogspot.com – 430 Views (in 1st place by a landslide!)
2) stillanightowl.wordpress.com – 74 Views
3) igneousquill.blogspot.com – 46 Views
Top Blog Posts:
1) My Bucket List – 489 Views
2) Recipe of the Week – Flinstone Bread – 143 Views

Top Search Terms for People that found my Blog:
Cruise Ships – 283 Views
Ships – 63 Views
Walk the Line – 57 Views
I get that last one since I made a post about the movie at one time but don’t get the other ones!
Here are some other stats:
Total Blog Views: 6,255
Busiest Day: 70 Views – Friday, March 14, 2008

Oops. I had no idea that I come on that often. I usually check a few times a day if you post something. I run down my list of people whose blog link I have on my blog and just start clicking.
You don’t write every day like i do, so maybe I can just back off!

You don’t necessarily come on here that often. I am pretty sure it means that that is how many times people have clicked on my blog link from your blogsite. So not just you but others as well. For example, I will often times check your blog and then click on the link to Mike’s blog to see if he has any new posts.

Sean ~ I finally got tired of going from blog to blog to blog and now I just use Google reader to keep track of new stuff on all my feeds. It’s way awesome and cuts down reading time…unless, of course I miss a couple of days.
Actually, I went to google “everything” pretty much. I am using google mail now and I also use google calendar. One of the cool aspects of calendar is that I do so much and I can set it up to deliver me a reminder email the day before and then a text message to my phone a couple hours prior. It’s way awesome. I think that I’m going to be playing around with google documents as well as a back up for what’s on my puter.

Of course, I have to remember which blogs I respond to. Maybe I’ll just add comments from all the blogs to my RSS feed??

Mike – I actually opened up a gmail account yesterday and am thinking of switching to them as well. I was going to investigate it tonight and then decide. If I switch I want to do it before I start publishing info for the young adult retreat at Samish this September. Publication for that will start in the next few days. Thus, a decision will be made shortly! I will have to look into the calendar option as well!

I use iGoogle to keep up with blogs I read now. I set up the widgets for it last week. All the blogs I read on one page.
